Ok time for the rules first off I am all powerful, don't argue against my choices and please if I do something its for the right of this forum. And remember if there is something that is bothering you; just ask me I am here to help you. Now one more thing, and that is the banning system all right. But before I continue NO STAFF MEMBER MAY BAN OR DELETE ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY SAYS SO.
First Strike-Warning
Second Strike-Temporary Ban, mainly around three days
Third Strike- Permanent Ban

Now that the System is over with lets get to the General Rules.
1.) Ok this first rule I am very strict with it, so don't even mess with me when talking about this. NO SPAMMING YOUR OWN SITES UNLESS YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION
2.) Now no harassing, flaming, or threatening other members and especially through Pm's. Members who are victim of this please tell a staff member or me and you must have proof by quoting what he said, unless you have that, we cannot ban him/her. Also no recruiting Members through Pm's. I promise you that I will not tolerate just like the first rule you will be banned without hesitation.
3.) Please I don’t want double posting. Now for you that don’t what that is I will explain it. Double posting is when you make two posts one after another without giving the person you are talking with time to respond. This will not be accepted and will be counted as one strike.
4.) No chat or text speak on this forum!!! I do not want people doing this on this forum except in the cbox. The first reason is because it does not take that much time to write text. Next and something very important try using capital “I” when you can it will be better to read your posts if you do that.
5.) Now, after five days and you have not created a character it will be rejected and your account will be deleted. There are no exceptions to this.
6.) As I said to begin with I am the owner of this forum and I have the final say. I have given out staff positions to members I feel can be trusted to do an excellent job. Please do not argue with them. If you feel they are starting the arguments then please do not hesitate to contact me via PM.
7.)This is the last one you are allowed to have two characters per account, if you have over two then you will get the rest of the other character profiles deleted. When you roleplay you will put the character name and what rank they are Genin, Chunin ect. This is because sometimes it gets confusing and fustrating.
