Name: Kouzetsu Seishou
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Village: Konohagakure
Rank: Jonin
Appearance:
Head to Toe:
Seishou's clothing is also his armor, for he carries it around to decrease the hassle of having to constantly change. Over his left shoulder, head wears a tan bracer with blood red trim. Around his neck, he wears his Kirigakure head band with blue trim. The bracer covers his left shoulder and has an attached shoulder plate that extends about 3 inches off of his shoulder. On the other side of his body, he wears no shoulder plate or bracer, and prefers to keep that side unhindered because it is his sword hand. His left arm is plain, except for an arm guard that goes from his wrist to his bicep. On his right hand, he has bandages from his wrist to the middle of his forearm (these cover up scars from the time when Seishou could not control his summon, the falcon. This occurred when he was only age 10). Over part of the bandage, Seishou wears a falconer's glove, for his summon (the glove is made of extemely thick material so that the falcon's talons do not harm the user's hand). The bracer on his shoulder is also where the falcon sometimes uses as a perch.
His shirt is a sleevless, slightly fadded, black made of thin, nylon-like material. The shirt is fairly tight, with some bunch near his waist. He wears a brown, leather belt that forms and X over his waist, cutting off his shirt. Seishou's wears darker (darker than his shirt) black pants that run down his legs, and are somewhat baggy as they flow over his feet. Beginning underneathe the belt, Seishou's triangular black shash runs down to about his upper thight, prefering the point to be over right leg. There are two brown, leather straps that are wrapped around Seishou's legs slightly underneathe his wasit. They each are adjusted to fit the natural thickness of that area. His feet are covered by black shoes that are a tight leather and are moderatly thick, with 1 inch soles which are slightly darker in color.
Physical Appearance:
Head to Toe:
Starting from the top, Seishou's hair is the first to come. It is an extemely light silver although it seems like a light blue, but that is merely a trick of the light. His hair style is one that drapes over his right eye and parts just for the left eye to be revealed. On the left side of his left eye, the hair turns out to his left, and vice versa for the right side of his left eye. His eye color is light brown and has medium sized eye brows that on the smaller side of the median. Seishou has a small nose that is mostly curved at the end, so that it doesn't draw much attention when people observe him.
He is a muscular boy, especially his right arm which has to compensate for the weight of his sword, especially when Seishou wields it with one hand. For his age, he is on the taller side, ranging to a height of 5 feet 11 inches. He usually towers over almost all of the Genin's. His overall weight without the added bonus of clothes is 127 pounds of pure muscle, which Seishou has worked hard to gain and keep. With his clothing and sword, he weighs up to 135 pounds. Despite this, he is able to effectivly manuver in battle.
Seishou has a small waist that is well equiped with a full blown six-pack. His legs are, once again, muscular. Their size is about 1/4 of a increase compared to his waist. His feet are supstantially big, as they are around a 12.5 U.S. shoe size.
Personality: Consider Seishou’s personality in layers. Starting from the outside going in, Seishou comes off as the quiet, loner types (much like Shino or Sasuke). In this stage he is cool, calm, and collected as an individual. This appearance of his usually is shown when he is in large groups and has people around him. This could be described as being shy, but that is not the case. It is more along the lines of that he is either too good for others, or he just could really care less. The first example is the truth to that matter. Like Earth, this layer could be considered like the Earth’s hard, protective crust which is hard to penetrate, just like Seishou.
As you begin your descent into Seishou’s emotions, you will be forced to penetrate the first layer as I have just described for you. This can be done by getting closer to him mentally, as in by beginning to form a bond with him. Within this emotional layer, Seishou begins to show off his potential, both figuratively and literally. When fighting, this is usually when this occurs; Seishou has the tendency to show off (much like Naruto did when trying to impress his teammates). Here, he shows off his “trademark” smirk as you could call it, which can appear frightening if you are the receiving end of the grin. Although he isn’t one to boast per say, his actions show more than enough what his true self looks like. Like Earth, this layer could be considered like the Earth’s mantle, which is extremely hot, which represents Seishou’s hot-blooded attitude.
Above all else, Seishou desires the power to become Mizukage and be the best of all the shinobi in his land.
Weapons: Basic jonin weapons and I'll describe his sword.
Seishou's Sword
Description: Although the sword is huge, it is not a gaint clever like Zabuza's or Kisame's sword. It has markings of the blacksmith that forged the sword to identify who made it. It is perfectly balanced, but weighs an average of about 25 pounds. Although its weight is great, the weapon can be used in coorodination with some of Seishou's jutsu. It also deals great damage. Seishou can wield it with only his right hand. He also has 90 kunais and 90 shurikens and 90 exploding tags.
Jutsu:
Name Of Jutsu: Tower Of Blades, Japanese {Silver Birds Of Heaven}
Creater Of Jutsu: Seishou Kouzetsu
Jutsu Effects/Description: This is when Kouzetsu lifts his sword, and grows so long it looks like it is touching heaven. Then suddenly the sky gets brighter and the enemy sees a huge thin blade come down. As the sword comes down it depends if the enemy is smart anough to move out of the way. The down side of it is that once the blade is coming down he can't stop it. On the good side it would take alot of muscle to stop it from crushing them.
This is a list of all the Academy Level Jutsus. All ninjas above Academy Level will know these.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user assumes the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)
This technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a real copy like the Shadow Clone Technique. The illusions will dissipate when they come into contact with anything. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Doton no Jutsu (Earth Release Skill)
This Jutsu allows the user to travel underground, and come back up (or pull others under) whenever he/she likes.
Jibaku Fuda: Kassei (Exploding Tag: Activate)
This allows the user to set off exploding tags from a distance with Chakra.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible.
Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing)
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climcing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.
Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking)
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of charka out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
Kekkei Genkai/Bloodlimit/Special Abilities:
History: Academy Years:
During his years in the Kirigakure Academy, Seishou showed and immense amount of potential. His Chuunin teachers were always praising him and encouraging others to follow his example. The Head Teacher, noting Seishou’s fast paced learning, made the decision to promote the Academy Student early. This was rarely ever heard of within a village. Despite this, Seishou would have to past the series of exams that the Chuunin teachers would issue. To actually prove his true potential, the judges would have Seishou do the tests on a higher level. The first test was to create no one, but three bunshins. Fearing nothing, Seishou easily created the clones without a hitch. Although the judges were impressed, they still had two more extremely advanced techniques to teach the lad. The second test was to create a Water Clone and maintain its form for at least 10 seconds. With a smirk, revealing his inner self, Seishou formed the Mizu Bunshin expertly, but struggled maintaining its watery form to match his own. However, this was just a ploy to trick the judges in his next test. The third and final test was to be hardest so far. It would be to use the Hiding Mist Technique to veil the entire classroom (which was around 50 square feet). Again, as if the smirk would help, Seishou preformed the jutsu. A thick, dense mist rolled in from seemingly nowhere. The last thing to be seen for the judges was Seishou’s fading grin. After two whole minutes, one of the judges called out to the boy, telling him that his time was up, but they got no response. From within the midst of the fog, faint echoed as the mist rolled away from the scene. There Seishou laid, his chest not moving at all.
“Get a medical unit here, quickly!” shouted the first Chuunin to Exam the Academy Student, rolling him over, but before anyone could respond, the Head Teacher quickly remedied the situation.
“That won’t be necessary,” he began with closed eyes and smirk of his own, “he’s fine.” As all the teachers turned to see a frost covered kunai knife pressed to the examiner’s neck, they all knew what the older man had meant. From behind them, Seishou chuckled with a dark laugh. He passed with an A+.
Genin:
From his quick advance from Academy Student to Genin, there weren’t any free spaces on the next highest age group’s 3-man teams. Not knowing what else to do, they assigned Seishou as tutor until the current Academy Students could catch up to him, so that he could be placed on within a cell (the tutor was much like Ebisu was to Konohamaru). This teacher, unlike Ebisu, was actually a giant help to Seishou latter on in his life. During this time, Seishou’s tutor taught him how to mold chakra properly, and many other important things. Another example was when the man told Seishou how to made his own jutsu based on what element he was good at (*note: he did not find out Seishou’s chakra affinity).
When the next wave of Academy Students became Genins, they were put into teams according to balance of power. Being the only one to have graduated with anything higher than an A, Seishou was considered the most elite of all the incoming people, so he was teamed up accordingly. He was placed on the team with a moderate student and the worst student. This did not go well with Seishou, for he believed himself the best student because of his early graduation, highest exam grade, and his own private tutor. He regarded the others on his team as garbage and didn’t even pay them any heed. Their sensei didn’t like this one bit, so he decided to have a sit-down with Seishou and give him a life lesson. The Jounin told Seishou that: “Unless you learn to rely on your teammate, you will never get anywhere in this world.” This chat will come into play later in Seishou’s life. For now Seishou’s team began going on missions together, but they weren’t hard at all. Naturally Seishou complained for more challenging field exercises, but his sensei warned Seishou that he would not put everyone’s life in danger just because of one person’s opinion. They continued to do a C-ranked mission, with a six D-ranked missions. This was enough for when the Chuunin Exams came around. Seishou’s team entered. They were doing amazing together, until the weakest member received a rather serious wound in the arm. Turning his back on his teammate, Seishou declared that the other member and he should press on and leave the weak behind, stating: “Only the strong live and continue to thrive, the weak deserve to die.” The other teammate had other thoughts to Seishou’s little comment. The weaker of the two that was still okay couldn’t persuade Seishou to stay and take after their comrade. All the while, Seishou continued on to the finish line, but was stopped by his enraged sensei who yelled at Seishou for leaving behind his teammates, restating his “Unless you learn to rely on your teammate, you will never get anywhere in this world.” Because of this fault, Seishou’s team failed their exam. The rest of the teammates have hated him to this day.
RP Example: The morning lay with a calm yet anxious mood hovering around, just like the mist that had begun to form on along the lake and leak slowly outwards toward the unsuspecting village. The anticipation gripped at Seishou just as others gripped their coats tighter around themselves. In his short sleeves, Seishou was not cold in the least bit. The fire ignited the kindling of his veins, making his blood boil. He leaned against a tree with his crossed across his muscular chest, just a caged lion waits until the trainer to make a fatal mistake and get pounced on. The beast in Seishou yearned to burst forth and trample all that lay in his path to victory.
With a flash, the Jounin examiner appeared out of nowhere, several of the Genins leaped with surprise. As the woman told the many shinobi teams what their objective was, Seishou merely closed his eyes and smirked as he let out a plume of air that quickly steamed the frigid air that lingered.
“…and BEGIN!” shouted the Jounin as all of the teams shot off into the wilderness before them. Seishou was the first to vacate from where he was standing, leaving a shocked team in his wake.
As the Genin plunged through the veil of trees, he landed gracefully on a nearby limb, examining the surrounding area for any signs of intelligent life. He sensed two grouped presences, one weak one heading closer to him, and another much larger advancing in the opposite direction. Just as the boy began to crouch his legs to follow the retreating team; his teammates appeared at his side. The middle-ranked Genin scolded Seishou for his lack of teamwork, stating that Seishou need to “Wait for his team”. Seishou smirked with his back to his teammates and replied:
“How about you slow pokes, try and keep up,” responded the smart ass as he rushed toward his opponents.
